If you are interested in applying for a coveted coaches assistant position, please carefully consider the following expectations and , if you feel can reasonably meet them, complete this application.

You are expected to...

1. Be there for the swimmers and to aid & assist the coaching staff.
2. Help improve the technique and endurance of the 8 & under swimmers.
3. Encouraging the younger kids during swim meets.
4. Help before and after their events.
5. Model respect to the coaches, the kids, the parents and to each other.
6. Clean up after practice, including lane ropes, flags, kick boards, blocks and any other supplies that were used during practice.
7. Communicate any absences to coaches in advance.
8. Be a role model for the younger swimmers.
